Places I Have Lived
St. Joe most of my life. Kalamazoo, New Hmapshire and Minnesota
Profile
Background: A once-upon-a-time native of St. Joe, Linda returned here with her husband and son in 1995 making Southwest Michigan their permanent home. Gone since college days, living on the East Coast and Minnesota, Linda knew home truly is where the heart takes you. With a love of Southwest Michigan and a passion for what it has to offer the people who live here, she is a great choice for understanding what a buyer is looking for in their move to beautiful part of the state.
At home is a family of three humans and five outstanding pets: 3 cats who were "rescued with love" and 2 Chinese-crested powderpuff puppies that have decided there is no one like their family.
With a background of years spent in comunity service, sales and marketing in the gift industry, time as the co-owner of a manufacturing company, a guardian ad litum in the Minnesota court system, and finally, as a substitute teacher, her ability to adapt to many people and many situations has become second nature.
Community organization membership includes past vice-presidency of the Southwest Michigan Symphony League (brainstorming the now very popular Annual Holiday Home Tour, with her home being the first year's kick-off) and current co-chair for "the crew" at Lory's Place...a bereavement and couseling center in St. Joseph that provides services to children and families throughout Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana.
This is home. Linda is your neighbor. She knows more people than Santa Claus and is indispensable from the first meeting until the keys have exchanged hands.
